This is my first personal post on my blog. Let me know if you enjoy the break from wellness and aesthetic news.This is a photo of my children and I at a coffee plantation in Monteverde Costa Rica during a recent trip we took. We got to make our own sugar cane candy, see how coffee beans are roasted, and share a homemade cup of coffee with the plantation's family. It was a lot of fun!
